Pathetic.

Im a professional video producer and just needed a simple app to load small projects. Thought Id try this one. So far, itll open fine, but it wont even load my small segments. Simply sends an error message every time and all my software and updates are current. Contacting support for a refund. If they can fix this issue, Ill post an updated review. So far, its a total failure. Very, very frustrating.
